Flag - 1st Confederate National - 11 Stars
The first Confederate National Flag, originally having 7 stars for the 7 original Confederate States. As with the US flag the number of stars was increased when the number of Confederate States increased, to 11 and them to 13.

The red stripes, and blue canton with stars was often confused with the US flag and was replaced by the Second Confederate National Flag, often called the Stainless Banner
