Shipping & Returns
SHIPPINGMost of our items are custom made in small batches that sell out quickly. We strive to keep items in stock and ready to ship. For items that are out of stock and custom items we will ship out ASAP. Items which become unavailable will be refunded.
RETURNS
Items may be returned for a refund, less a 20% restock cost, within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
We are happy to provide a refund for items that haven't been shipped out, however we are unable to provide refunds for any custom items.
